The Instructional Specialist participates in the planning and implementation of the New Teacher Induction training, and supporting, directing, and planning of professional development for all teachers. The Instructional Specialist also holds monthly new teacher meetings to support their growth and development, and provides feedback to new teachers on their classroom instruction. In addition, the Instructional Specialist supports all teachers in their practice based on their professional goals.
