ARS 43-1089 was enacted by the Arizona Legislature to give Arizona taxpayers the opportunity to supplement school extracurricular activities that are optional, noncredit, and educational. A tax credit is a dollar-for-dollar reduction in the actual tax owed. Please refer to the section below for specific details on your tax credit contribution.
HUSD Tax Credit Contribution Form: Click here to download the HUSD tax credit form. Print the form and drop it off at your school or mail it to HUSD Finance Department, 6411 N. Robert Rd. Prescott Valley, Arizona, 86314.
Credit Card Instructions
If you prefer, you can go to https://az-humboldt.intouchreceipting.com and give your tax credit donation online. There is a convenience fee charged to use this option.
Simply click on the Tax Credit Donation green button. If you are unable to see the green button, make sure to scroll up to locate it. Use the drop-down arrows to choose your school and item of choice. Enter your amount and click Buy. When you are done, click Checkout. On the next screen, you will be asked for your credit card information.

NON-TAX CREDIT DONATION
If you would like to make a non-tax credit donation online, simply click on Non-Tax Credit Donation at https://az-humboldt.intouchreceipting.com Use the drop-down arrows to find your school of choice. Enter the amount and click Buy. When you are done, click Checkout. On the next screen, you will be asked for your credit card information. There is a convenience fee charged to use this option.
For any non-tax credit donation, please complete our Monetary Gift to Humboldt Unified Schools form below and choose one of the three options to submit your form.
